Ballot Box

So here is the ballot box I have made with a hand shredder in it. I think I need to cover the plastic handle with something or at least paint it black to make it look more official. Maybe put a weight in the bottom of the box so it does not go flying when someone turns the handle or something, What do you people think?

Pattern

I was trying to make a pattern and came up with this. Not overlay happy with this however i think i have got some ideas from it.

8th June Evening

Driving Home. Surprised it came up as well as it did as we were bombing it down the road and just took it out of accident.
This Garage is down my road, i have been adoring it for many years now. I just love how it folding in on itself slowly as it decays with time with the rest of the garden and house.

The Lady

Just two images of 'The Lady' and a flower. The texture of the flower was lovely and so red, so i decided to overlay it onto this other image. Really happy with the effect created by it.

Let Me Sleep

I was just deconstructing an image then just started building up lines and ended up with this person. This chin/face really annoys me though as it is like a giant U and not rough enough for me. I think he looks like some French Imperial solider. I like him alot but shall do some more tomorrow but maybe do it with my left so the result is less predictable.

I like this the one the best due to the outside has more space, so i could have one side with the question then other surfaces covered in facts and recorded discussions.

Book Cover Idea


I dont like this idea however the idea of your fake vote is actually writing the inside of the booth like a book is kinda cool.

Polling Booth Construction

I really like the grid structure that i put inside the shelf of the booth. I did this to give it more strength for the shelf but also as a cross bar to give the booth strength, but also to enable people to write on it.


I am unsure if i want to paint this black or just leave it plain and draw on with sharpies. = /

Triangle Polling Booth Idea.


From the right angle booth above i got the idea of maximizing the material, so made a mock up of an X shaped one which only needed 3parts but would give me 4 booths inside of 2 parts for one booth.

The model itself is terrible as the paint made all the cardboard go weird, I do like the blue background though. = )

Stage 1 - Large Mind Map

Did a large mind one bits of a1ish paper then going to some mapping from that too see how it goes. But think not i want to create a full scale polling booth then paint it in blackboard paint then do mind map all over it about decision in the election and other political votes.

I dunno why i drew her, probably because of how the media likes the women behind the man. Anyway i like this image she seems to be off some Zelda game or something waiting for Link to come home to the cottage where they can shall some apples on their wood table.

So with these drawings im really just playing with methods and thinking about structure. I dont think i am going to use as much block black next time like in the top image with the hair and some other features. With the bottom image with Nick Clegg and his hat i like the pattern around the edge which links in with an artist i have been studying.

Post Production - Asda

Im not very pleased with this but it is a start. Going to redo something similar.

Bedroom Test Wall

Just a test small bit of wall covered in foreign newspaper. I want to do this on my feature walls in my office and bedroom with newspapers from japan and korea. Better get on ebay or something = )

The paint was too sticky so it did not come aswell as i wanted, however i did a labour one also which came out better in my eyes which i will upload tomorrow.

London

I wish i lived in this house, I would be so excited about getting up and seeing how the blossom had landed in the morning. Dreamy.

I really love rust, got so many pictures of rust which was great. Just like the idea of aging but also how nature takes back what is rightfully hers.
